If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our return and refund policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

To qualify for a return or exchange, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • The request must be submitted within [e.g., 7 days] of receiving your delivery.

  • The item must be unused, unaltered, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • The item must be in its original packaging, including all tags, inserts, and accessories.

2. Damaged or Defective Items (Shipping Issues)

If your product arrives damaged, dented, or broken due to transit, we deeply apologize and will fast-track your replacement.

  • What to do: Please take a clear photo or a short video of the damaged product and its packaging.

  • Our Solution: 

1. Partial Refund (No Return Required)

Receive a $5 USD partial refund without needing to return the product.

2. Return & Replacement/ Full Refund (Longer Processing Time)

Return the product to our warehouse by dropping off the package at your nearest logistics point.

  • Return shipping is free (covered by us).

  • We will ship a replacement product/ send you full refund once we receive proof of the return shipment.

    Please note that this option may take a bit longer to complete due to the return and reshipment process.

    Please kindly note that the product was damaged during international transit. While we will do our best to ensure the replacement arrives in good condition, we cannot guarantee a 100% perfect condition due to overseas shipping conditions. We appreciate your understanding.

3. Return & Exchange Process

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer care team via email at support@dakastudio.store or message us directly on our hotlines/social channels at @daka.create (Instagram) or dakastudio (Facebook)

  2. Provide Details: Please share your Order ID, a brief description of the issue, and accompanying photos/videos.

  3. Shipment: Once our team approves your request, we will provide you with the return shipping address and instructions.

4. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Faulty/Damaged Items: If the return is due to a shipping damaged or a product defect, we will cover 100% of the return and re-shipping fees.

  • Change of Mind: If you wish to exchange a product due to a change of mind, the customer will be responsible for the round-trip shipping costs.

5. Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed immediately via your original method of payment or bank transfer within [e.g., 3-5 business days].
