Diffuser does exactly what it says. Arrived a little crinkled on the corner from shipping box but flattened out fine.

Horrible service, received order damaged and emailed about the product being damaged upon receiving it, they said they would reach out to get it sent back and have had zero response since then.

I have diffusers and reflector but they are the type that fold and need to be supported by hand or a light stand. This is doable for product work but a bit cumbersome compared to this foldable diffuser. Set it up on a table and shoot - it's so easy to use and I can use a single panel or double. I love it so much!
